By signing up with and/or utilising any Tiny Tunnel service, you agree to be bound by the following terms of this document and the terms of the other named policies included herein by reference and to keep updated on changes as these policies may change at any time.
Tiny Tunnel accounts are subscriptions to one or more dedicated server proxies.
You may not resell Tiny Tunnel services or servers to anyone, whether or not you receive compensation, be it monetary or otherwise, without prior written authorisation from Tiny Tunnel. Instead, please refer them back to us.
By subscribing to the Services, you agree to become a subscriber (“Subscriber”) for the period you have elected. The list of subscription plans and pricing is available on the Site. Tiny Tunnel reserves the right to amend subscription fees or institute new fees at any time upon reasonable advance notice posted on the Site or by means of announcements in the member’s area of the Site. Any changes to the pricing will not affect the Subscriber’s current subscription period and will become effective upon subscription renewal.
You may cancel your Tiny Tunnel subscription within 3 days (72 hours) of your initial purchase. Provided you meet the requirements below, we will refund the full amount, excluding fees.
Refunds beyond the 3-day purchase window will be considered, at the sole discretion of Tiny Tunnel, if a Subscriber can demonstrate that the Service was not available or usable during the subscription period and that reasonable attempts were made to contact Tiny Tunnel to resolve the issue. In this case, Tiny Tunnel may provide the Subscriber with a pro-rata refund of service fees paid during the period when the Service was not available or usable.
Refunds are usually processed within seven (7) days, in the original currency and usually to the original form of payment used for purchase. Please note it may take up to a month to get back money on your card or bank.
Any change to the original purchase, such as upgrading to an extended billing term or purchasing of additional licenses under the same account, shall constitute a waiver of the refund policy.
Tiny Tunnel expects that all members reasonably use its service (for example: consume content, research, work remotely and connect to friends and family). To that end, any customer who puts unreasonable demands upon the service may be curtailed in order to ensure the best possible service for all members.
Each server proxy has a normal data transfer allowance of 250GB per month, which is upgradable to 500GB. You may be asked to upgrade if you regularly exceed the normal allowance.
If a member appears to be unable to maintain a reasonable use of the service, or engages in any Prohibited Activities provided for below, Tiny Tunnel may cancel, suspend or decline to renew service for that member without notice. A termination fee may also be assessed. It is within Tiny Tunnel’s sole discretion to determine what comprises unreasonable use.

We will strive to prevent interruptions to the Site and Services.
However, these are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we do not warrant, either expressly or by implication, the accuracy of any materials or information provided through the Site or Service, or their suitability for any particular purpose.
We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not make any warranty that the Services will meet your requirements, or that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects, if any, will be corrected. You acknowledge that you access the Site and Services at your sole risk and discretion.
VPN service coverage, speeds, server locations, and quality may vary. Tiny Tunnel will attempt to make the Service available at all times. However, the Service may be subject to unavailability for a variety of factors beyond our control, including but not limited to emergencies; third-party-service failures; or transmission, equipment, or network problems or limitations, interference, or signal strength; and may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed. We are not responsible for data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service, communications services, or networks.
We may impose usage or Service limits, suspend Service, terminate VPN accounts, or block certain kinds of usage in our sole discretion to protect Subscribers or the Service. The accuracy and timeliness of data received is not guaranteed; delays or omissions may occur.
Tiny Tunnel reserves the right to investigate matters we consider to be violations of these Terms.
Tiny Tunnel shall not be liable and shall not have responsibility of any kind to any Subscriber or other individual for any loss or damage that you incur in the event of:
In no event will Tiny Tunnel, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers, or employees be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for any other loss or damages of any kind, even if they have been advised of the possibility thereof. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for all actions that occur regarding your account. As a condition of service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiny Tunnel, its owners, employees, agents, shareholders and partners for any cause of action out of your account with use or your use of the service.
